The Role: Project Manager
Responsibilities
You will oversee a portfolio of capital works from early development through to handover, ensuring quality outcomes and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Managing contractors and consultants across multiple concurrent projectsCoordinating design, procurement, scheduling, risk management, and reportingConducting site coordination, progress monitoring, and quality checksEnsuring compliance with Australian building standards and local regulationsPreparing project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updatesMaintaining momentum, driving project urgency and accountability
Ideal Background
Strong contractor?side or client?side project delivery experienceAbility to manage complex projects in regional or remote settingsExperience across civil, infrastructure, or building projectsWastewater or utilities experience highly regarded (not essential)
