We are seeking a reliable and motivated Polyurethane Rotomould Operator to join our growing team, manufacturing high-quality polyurethane septic tanks.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering a quality product.
About the Role
You will be responsible for operating rotomoulding equipment to produce septic tanks, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor rotomoulding machinery
* Measure, mix, and handle polyurethane materials safely
* Load and unload moulds using a forklift
* Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience
* Valid forklift licence (essential)
* Previous experience in rotomoulding, plastics, or manufacturing (highly regarded)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
