Our only limitations are those we set for ourselves.Formed in 2018 the Kinrise portfolio covers Biscuits, Breakfast, Baking, Bakery, and Snack Food categories and has 40+ years making iconic Australian food, with a rich Australian heritage that's grounded in family origins.What is the Role?We currently have an exciting opportunity for Key Account Manager (KAM) - Emerging Channels within the Kinrise Snackfoods Business Unit located in Dandenong South/South Yarra.
Kinrise Snackfoods is home to household leading brands such as Cobs, Poppin and Lolly Gobble.Reporting to the National Business Manager - Independents and Emerging Channels, the KAM will work across Emerging channels accounts in the salty snacks category.A key focus of this role will be on developing a pipeline of new opportunities that deliver incremental sales to the business as well as driving growth within existing customers including Metcash, MSO's, P&C and Export.Key Responsibilities:Support the development of strategic & commercial priorities to achieve financial objectives and joint business plans to partner with channel & customer base.Lead key customer negotiations and engagement plans across Independents.Work cross functionally internally to develop and launch new products and trade plans within existing and new customers.Relationship and influencing: gain support of internal and external stakeholders to drive business results; lead and inspire integration cross functionally.Full P&L ownership of the customer portfolio.Drive the go to market strategy with 3rd party field team.Manage the sales routines for the customer base - trade spend, forecasting, monthly reporting etc.Lead range reviews, product information collation, pricing and commercial modelling for the customer base.Develop strategic partnerships with our customer partners to deliver overall BU strategy and growth plan.Kinrise believes in building high performing teams and growing people's capabilities.
