Clinical Supervisor – Behaviour Support Practitioner Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sharing knowledge, empowering others, and driving excellence in therapy outcomes as a Clinical Supervisor.
The successful applicant will provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues, including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles.
They will champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team, collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets, and implement solutions for participant and team success.
Additionally, the successful candidate will promote our values and Clinical Model to inspire their colleagues and foster professional growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor your team: Provide guidance to colleagues, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their roles.
* Drive clinical excellence: Champion evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by the leadership team.
* Foster professional growth: Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions for participant and team success.
* Be a role model: Promote our values and Clinical Model to inspire your colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Currently endorsed as either a Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Practitioner.
* Has NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter with extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.
* Can complete reports within timeframes to submit to the NDIS commission.
* Has a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
* Understands contemporary therapy practices and is passionate about achieving participant outcomes.
* Has the ability to influence and inspire, fostering confidence and capability in others.
