Job Role Overview
Position Summary:
This Podiatrist Grade 2 role is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled clinician to deliver high-quality podiatry services across various acute and community settings.
As part of our team, you will have the chance to work with diverse patient populations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient transitions and exceptional care outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of clinical podiatry experience, a strong interest in assessment and management of high-risk foot conditions, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop activities and services within and across departments.
* Ensure effective patient transitions across the continuum of care.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff members and students.
Essential Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
* Current Victorian Driver's License.
* At least 2 years of clinical podiatry experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain one.
