Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our administrative team as a Clinic Receptionist.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinic team, including data entry, bookkeeping, and customer service.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as practice management software, Xero, HICAPS, PRODA, and Medicare.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional client service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
* Organise and implement clinic systems and all aspects of running our front desk.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
* Potential management of our reception team including task delegation, training, and rostering.
* Management of practitioner's diaries to improve optimisation.
* Enhance the client experience and improve current referral relationships.
* Invoicing and bookwork.
* Assist in recruitment, induction, and support of new clinicians.


Requirements:

* Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic work ethic.
* Excellent computer skills and aptitude for technology.
* Able to work across both clinics.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
* A highly professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication and time management skills.
* The ability to think on your feet, we need you to be a dynamic action taker.
* Previous experience using practice management software (such as Cliniko), Xero, HICAPS, PRODA, and Medicare, will be well regarded but not essential.
* Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered.
