The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Media Buyer / Digital Strategist to own paid media and drive measurable growth for our eCommerce clients.
This role is hands-on: you’ll plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a sharp focus on efficiency and profitability. You’ll dive into numbers, and margins, optimising to hit client growth targets while guiding them on the bigger picture.
Beyond buying media, you’ll help shape full-funnel strategy, connecting acquisition with retention, creative testing with conversion frameworks, and campaigns with long-term profitability.
For the right person, this is also a pathway into leadership, working closely with the founder to shape how the agency scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a profit-first approach.
- Run data-driven optimisations to lower CAC, improve ROAS, and lift LTV.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across platforms, tying performance back to client revenue and profit.
- Develop and test ad creative ideas, hooks, and messaging to unlock growth.
- Build campaign structures and funnels designed for scalability, not just short-term wins.
- Lead client strategy conversations, clearly translating numbers into growth actions.
- Mentor juniors and contribute to building repeatable performance frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ hands-on media buying experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta and Google Ads; TikTok and LinkedIn a plus.
- Understanding of eCommerce growth levers: CAC, AOV, LTV, margins, conversion rates.
- Proven track record of scaling accounts profitably
- Ability to read Shopify and GA data and act decisively.
- Strategic and creative thinker who thrives on testing and iteration.
- Confident communicator who can lead client conversations.
- Proactive, ambitious, and ready to step into a bigger role.
