The opportunity
Assist Service Desk with escalated IT support tickets.
Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Azure.
Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance.
Diagnose faults in production systems, research, and implement solutions.
Produce, evaluate, and maintain systems documentation.
About You
Proven experience in Wintel systems administration.
Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in complex enterprise environments.
Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications.
Understanding of security frameworks such as ASD Essential 8, ISO27001, NST, and CIS controls.
Experience with Aruba and Palo Alto firewalls is preferred.
Proficient in Exchange, VEEAM, and Active Directory in a Windows Server 2019 environment.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
