We are seeking an Assistant Village Manager to join our Resources Operations Team at Searipple Karratha on a fly-in-fly-out basis, working 8 days on, 6 days off, flying from Perth Airport to our sites throughout regional Western Australia.
Work Schedule and Compensation
* Family-friendly 8 days on, 6 days off work cycle, Thursday to Thursday.
* Remuneration starting at $120,000 + superannuation.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in village services managing mining village camps, or extensive hospitality management experience in large hotels or venues, or HODs seeking development opportunities.
* Inspirational, energetic, positive, and ambitious leadership skills.
* Ability to manage a team of 50+ within HR and IR frameworks.
* Knowledge of safety systems and relevant OH&S legislation.
* Strong FIFO food safety and catering experience.
* Flexible to work up to a 2-week on, 1-week off roster.
* Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one, and ability to pass a pre-employment medical.

* Ensure all systems and controls operate efficiently and comply with policies and procedures.
* Staff mentoring and performance management.
* P&L responsibility to ensure cost leadership.
* Ensure compliance with client and ISS HSE policies, food safety, and management systems.
* Develop and deliver in-field safety leadership and toolbox meetings.
