Our occupational rehab team in Townsville is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant who wants to join our growing and successful team. This is an exciting time for us, and we want you to be a part of it.
The role is busy but rewarding and allows you to:
* Support injured people's recovery, return to work and life after injury or illness;
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
* Help people recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
* Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You
You should have:
* An Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist qualification with relevant registration/accreditation;
* A genuine desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
* A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and a positive approach;
* A commitment to continuous improvement.
