Branch Manager Opportunity
* To lead and manage the performance of a dynamic team, overseeing daily branch operations across multiple areas.
* Coordinate staffing, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize workflow efficiency and maximize productivity.
* Maintain operational compliance with established procedures and safety standards, ensuring a secure and healthy work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movement, and maintain accurate reporting to inform business decisions.
* Drive the implementation of corporate strategies and continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Coach and develop team members through clear KPIs and accountability measures.
* Engage in sales activity, customer interactions, and showroom presentation as required.
* Take full responsibility for branch-level reporting, budgeting, and operational metrics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations, retail or branch management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills – able to manage, train and hold a team accountable.
* A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Organized, detail-focused, and confident working with systems and reports.
* A willingness to learn and adapt, with a customer-first mindset and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, team members, suppliers, and head office colleagues.
