About the Role: We're searching for an energetic State Manager to lead and drive the performance of 8 stores across South Australia. This role requires a strategic operator who thrives in a high-volume retail environment and can bring energy, focus, and accountability to a busy portfolio.
What You Will Do:
* Drive sales growth, profitability, and performance across all store locations
* Support and develop store leaders to build capability, engagement, and customer experience
* Implement effective operational standards and lead through KPIs and commercial outcomes
* Influence promotional execution and visual merchandising in line with national strategy
* Lead with a hands-on, store-focused approach and support the business from the ground up
