Reporting directly to our Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our people and business by managing core HR functions and contributing to global initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* Assist end-to-end recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and assessments to attract top talent
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage internal HR communications.
* Uphold workplace health, safety, and quality standards (WH&S)
* Regularly update and improve company policies and procedures to keep us aligned with best practices
* Administer employee benefits and support HR operations, processes, and projects across the business
* Support workplace relations, including conflict resolution and compliance with employment laws.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines with 3+ years relevant experience or better.
* Experience in full-function payroll processing and generalist HR activities (MUST).
* Knowledge of Hospitality awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations frameworks.
* Enjoy working as a team while works well independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication skills and can build strong rapport with internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Having worked in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus.
* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
* Immediate Available is preferrable.
This is a permanent full-time position, candidate must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
