We provide a stunning range of custom-made curtains, blinds, shutters, awnings and a wide range of decorator accessories. We currently have more than 20 stores located throughout QLD, NSW, WA, VIC, ACT and New Zealand.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Rep contractor with a drive to sell and succeed to service leads.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll attend pre-qualified and scheduled in-home appointments to help clients choose the perfect window furnishing solutions. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential—ideal for those who are self-motivated and results-driven. This role involves being hands-on in developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining a pool of existing clients. The types of products you will be promoting and selling will vary from blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings.
What You'll Need:
· A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
· ABN and Public Liability Insurance and police check
· Experience in in-home sales highly regarded
· Own mobile phone
· iPad provided with full access to our CRM system

· Has a bright, engaging personality and loves building rapport with customers
· Is highly reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
· Has excellent communication and organisational skills
· Can confidently advise clients on style, functionality, and design
· Delivers a high level of customer care and service
· Thrives working independently
· Adds value to the business by building strong customer relations
· Has a proven ability to convert leads into sales and handle objections
· A passion for colour, interior design and an eye for detail
· Experience in Windows Furnishings is valued but not critical
· Measure and Quote experience in Kitchen, flooring or roofing etc. will be considered valuable
