About the role
We are reshaping our Aged Care Services leadership team to hitthe ground running for 2026 to achieve our vision of care for thosewe serve.
With new leaders across Residential, Clinical Quality, andSupport at Home this pivotal role will join them reporting to ourExecutive Director Aged Care Services and will drive growth, robustdata integrity and informed, evidence based strategic planning.Leading our business services and development teams this rolebuilds performance, financial and operational achievement and longterm, development, growth and sustainability.
About you
We are looking for someone special who not only identifiesopportunities others may not see but seeks them out with a hungerfor impacting long term success complimented with a solidfoundation in data, measurable outcomes and organisationalsustainability. Not only can you inspire people, you have theresearch, data and team to support them across budgeting,regulatory reporting and operational viability. The keyskills you're looking to leverage in your next positioninclude:
* Demonstrated success utilising operation data andmeasurement to deliver long term operationally viablegrowth
* Exception ability across business information analysis,integrity and management to drive decision making
* Experience in driving positive change management, buildinga resilient and performing team
* Ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource andimplement initiatives
* Extensive partnering, influencing and collaborationengaging and driving teams in achieving strategic outcomes
* Demonstrated understanding of sector regulatory and qualitystandards
* Excellence senior business operational skills, developinggrowth and long-term sustainability
* Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
