About This Role

We are seeking a sales professional to grow our business across the market unit.

The ideal candidate will target strategic accounts, building pipelines, creating, and closing opportunities using a consultative approach.

This role is within a high-growth organization that challenges industry standards and disrupts the enterprise software space.

* Develop and execute sales strategies for designated industries
* Maintain and execute territory plans for verticals
* Prepare and manage account plans, including deal action cards, evaluation plans, and power maps
* Manage the sales process from demand generation to closing, including RFI/RFP processes and building business cases

The successful candidate will have proven enterprise software sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge of CRM systems, and strong communication skills in English and relevant local languages.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales execution and ongoing skill sharpening
2. Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles
3. Owning annual sales targets and quarterly budgets
4. Building a robust pipeline with activities achieving 4x pipeline coverage
