The Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park.
Duties
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Processing guest check‐ins and check‐outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Co‐ordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day‐to‐day office administration
* Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
Qualifications
* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as needed
* Current driver's licence essential
