**Base salary of $74,912 - $82,688, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro-rata)**

**About the role**
TAFE NSW is currently recruiting for a Support Officer to be a part of the Reading Writing Hotline team. The Hotline is a Commonwealth funded national adult literacy and numeracy phone referral and information line. As well as providing a national phone service the Hotline is responsible for a number of strategic projects
As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering quality financial reports and administrative support to the Reading Writing Hotline Manager and Project Officers. You will process expenditure, maintain financial accounts and records, coordinate meetings and record minutes, and update website content.
This is a permanent part-time role, working Thursdays and Fridays each week between the hours of 9am - 5pm at Ultimo At peak times of reporting additional days of work will be required.
**About You**
You'll be able to collaborate and work effectively within a team and have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills:
**Highly Desirable**
- Qualifications and experience with financial record keeping and reconciling expenditure
- Experience with maintaining website content
- Experience coordinating scheduling, and preparing agendas, meetings and minutes
- Presentation of statistical and graphic information for reporting requirements.
- Experience with maintaining accuracy of information in a database
- Experience coordinating a team staffing schedule
