Job Description Prepare monthly financial reports in line with statutory and organisational requirements Produce management reports to support executive leadership and budget holders Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accounting standards Maintain accurate financial records and systems Liaise with auditors on interim and year-end audit processes Complete statutory returns, including grants and tax-related submissions Provide financial advice and support to internal stakeholders Collaborate across departments to support budget management and financial control Manage fixed asset accounting, including maintaining the PPE register and capitalising assets The Successful Applicant A successful Management Accountant should have: Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related discipline Experience in public sector financial practices and procedures. Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights effectively. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (preferred). A focus on accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
