Customer Service and Accounts Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, resolving issues, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with customers, transport providers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of queries.
* Providing expert advice on freight forwarding and logistics, as well as assisting operations with freight requests.
* Maintaining accurate records and documents, including accounts payable/receivable through accounting systems.
* Supporting sales and operations teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document control.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in logistics or freight forwarding, preferably with exposure to accounts payable/receivable.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain organized records and meet deadlines.
