About the opportunity
As the Remediation Team Lead, you will guide a team of analysts responsible for delivering high-quality investigations and remediation for SkyCity Adelaide.
Your AML expertise will help manage Financial Crime risks and ensure SkyCity Adelaide meets its regulatory obligations.
Central to the role is strong people leadership where you foster a supportive, high-performing environment where expectations are clear, individuals feel empowered, and growth is encouraged.
You'll work closely with peers and the wider business to strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement.

About You
You are an experienced Financial Crime professional with strong investigative capability and proven leadership experience within AML, Financial Crime, or compliance functions.
You bring a structured approach to managing workflows, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
You understand regulatory requirements, relevant casino typologies, and produce clear, accurate reporting.
Knowledge of AML procedures is an advantage, and tertiary qualifications or CAMS certification are preferred.
