About this Role
This pivotal position is at the centre of our operations, supporting the team and enabling our Directors to focus on projects and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Workplace Management — ensuring a welcoming, well-organised and client-ready environment.
* Employee Engagement — recruitment, onboarding, supporting employee wellbeing, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
* HR Initiatives — aligning with best practice and Fair Work requirements, reflecting our studio values.
* Financial Oversight — overseeing invoicing, debtor management and financial tracking in collaboration with our Directors and accountant.
* Marketing Support — assisting with social media and communications, reinforcing our strong brand presence.
* Quality Assurance — maintaining our Quality Management System and assisting with annual audits.
* Operational Efficiency — troubleshooting day-to-day needs, supporting IT and administration, and driving continuous improvement.
* Strategic Partnerships — collaborating with Directors to shape and progress the studio's bigger picture goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. A strong background in HR, finance or a related field is desirable.
A diploma or degree in a relevant field, coupled with relevant work experience, is essential for success in this role.
