Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Armament
Join Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) as part of the ACEA (Air Combat Electronic Attack) program at RAAF Base Amberley. You'll be hands-on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on aircraft systems as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME).
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion.
* Ensuring compliance with the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations.
* Fostering effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teams.
* Ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices.
* Embracing a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.
What You Will Bring To BDA (Qualifications)
* Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Armament)
* Be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements
* Hold a current driver's licence
Desirable
* Previous experience working with Military aircraft
* Hold a CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence
