 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Head Chef to lead our kitchen in South Australia.
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance for a seasoned culinary expert to oversee day-to-day kitchen management, including rostering, recruitment, and training.
You will have the opportunity to design and develop seasonal menus in collaboration with our Executive Chef.
Key responsibilities include managing stocktake, ordering, cost control, and compliance with food safety standards.
As a leader, you will be expected to motivate and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen porters to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
You will also supervise occasional evening functions, including seated events and cocktail receptions.
The Ideal Candidate
 * Must have proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium dining environment.
 * Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
 * Menu development and costing experience is required.
 * Knowledge of stock management, ordering, and cost control is necessary.
 * Able to remain hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a busy environment.
