Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Goulburn and Yass. We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
About The Position
Based in headspace Goulburn and supporting our Satellite site at headspace Yass, the Clinical Lead is a key leadership position within our centres. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide oversight for the coordination and delivery of clinical services and ensures that day-to-day clinical work is carried out to the highest standard to meet the needs of young people and their families. This position provides support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, coordinates clinical reviews and actively supports the management of referrals and demand management strategies.
This position is available fixed term to 30 June **** with the possibility of extension. Hours are negotiable, with full-time and part-time hours considered. Full-time positions also have the option to enjoy a monthly RDO.
We Are Looking For Someone With
In addition to having passion and experience working with young people, you will also have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist (accredited in Mental Health) or Mental Health Nurse, or a Social Worker with appropriate Mental Health accreditation.
Thorough knowledge of clinical and community mental health approaches, as well as a comprehensive understanding of primary, secondary and tertiary mental health services.
Advanced clinical skills including clinical triage, assessment, delivery of evidence based, focussed psychological therapies and support of young people at risk.
Demonstrated skills in clinical supervision and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team. Current endorsement as a clinical supervisor will be highly regarded.
