Our client is looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their high-performing team, based in the ACT.
You will be the go-to person on site for all admin duties and work across multiple teams in areas of admin duties.
Working five days a week on PT hours, this is an excellent role for someone who is looking to work with one of the most sought after names in property.
The Role: Manage reception and front-of-house duties, greeting visitors and issuing passes Coordinate mail, couriers, deliveries and site access for contractors Maintain meeting rooms and shared areas to ensure they are clean, presentable and set up daily Assist the Facilities/Operations team with general administration Support with data entry, reporting, presentations and record management Raise and monitor work orders, track compliance documentation and liaise with contractors Maintain inventory for office supplies and stationery Conduct safety observations, assist with audits and ensure onsite guidelines are followed About you: Must be an Australian Citizen prepared to get security clearance Ability to work extra hours to cover FC's S/L or A/L or additional work requirements Professional, polished communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Comfortable working with systems, reporting and documentation Someone reliable, confident and happy to be the go-to person onsite Not for you but know someone who could be a great fit?
