Overview of the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established GP clinic in Casuarina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with GPs to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering comprehensive health assessments and implementing treatment plans for patients with chronic diseases.
* Providing wound care and dressings, ECGs, observations, and assessments as required.
* Supporting GPs with minor procedures and preparing patients for skin checks.
* Developing and implementing care plans, conducting recalls, and providing education to patients.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
* Proven experience in general practice or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
