The Role

McCullough Robertson's Real Estate Group is widely recognised for combining deep industry insight, technical excellence, and commercial innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.

As a Paralegal within our Real Estate Group based at our Sydney office, you will play an integral role in supporting our lawyers across a wide range of property matters. Please note, this position is full-time.

Reporting to the Senior Licenced Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the property team with end-to-end file management, from initial instructions through to
post-settlement matters.
* Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts for sale of land, settlement figures, and other legal
documentation.
* Managing and maintaining client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process
including accurate data entry and document organisation.
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to coordinate smooth
transactions.
* Using PEXA to manage workflow, input data, and facilitate electronic settlements and lodgments.
* Undertaking and reviewing property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation for
due diligence purposes.

Experience

As the successful candidate, you will have at least one year of experience in a legal assistant / legal officeadministration role. You will also have the following:

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks with confidence.
* A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and strong sense of accountability.
* Calm under pressure and are quick to adapt when things change unexpectedly.
* Strong telephone manner to build positive and engaging relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A desire to contribute to a workplace that values support, collaboration, and continuous growth.
* Friendly, confident approach and enjoy being part of a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
