Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody company values and make a genuine impact on the community. They will build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses, and be an advocate in community initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* To drive branch performance through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
* To lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by identifying cross-sale opportunities.
* To deliver a brilliant customer experience and ensure that standards, procedures, and systems remain in place across the branch.
* To manage branch performance and strategic development, including its relationship with the wider Retail division.
Key Skills:
* A track record of experience in management with the ability to inspire and influence others.
* Possession of passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and commitment to quality.
* Able to work collaboratively as a team and possess resilience, self-motivation, and energy.
