Based in Yatala, Queensland, the Inventory Manager will report into the Operations Manager.
* Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure high accuracy levels.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
* Ensure proper tracking and documentation of stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and storage.
* Minimize stock write-offs, losses, and damages through best practices in inventory management.
* Utilize SAP the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and generate reports.
* Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and implement process improvements.
* Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to optimize space utilization and stock rotation.
What You Will Bring:
* Previous experience in inventory management
* Strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and logistics.
