We are seeking an organized and proactive part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our office operations. Essential to the role will be the ability to work within a small team, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent written and communication skills, and an enthusiasm in furthering your existing experience given the all round opportunities of working within a growing team. Favorable qualities are the ability to work proactively and have strong follow up skills. Working with a dedicated team delivering excellent support to Management and fellow employees the position offers all round administrative, reception and general account roles.
Responsibilities:
* Manage emails and other communications
* Filing, scanning, data entry and general office tasks.
* Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
* Maintaining Compliance record files and assist with audits
* Provide general support to team members and management
* Updating company records and assisting with weekly reporting
* Onboarding new employees and maintenance of employee records
* Organization of license/tickets and medical renewals
* Maintaining truck and trailer fleet and maintenance records
* Accounts entry
