Competitive Salary $120,000 - $140,000 base Incentives on KPIS relating to financial, clinical and quality components Excellent work life balance Monday - Friday office hours About the Role Reporting to a supportive executive leadership team, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care alongside strong operational and financial performance. The service is entering an exciting growth phase and requires a leader who can strengthen culture, develop staff capability, improve engagement and continue building a positive workplace environment. This role offers significant autonomy while providing access to experienced senior leaders for guidance and support when required.
