We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our team and take on the challenging role of Senior Management Accountant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and ensuring compliance with financial processes.

* Monthly Financial Reporting
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Business Partnering
* Audit and Compliance
* Process Improvement
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to provide strategic financial guidance, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
About You:
* At least 3 years' experience in management accounting within a commercial environment
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities
* Budgeting and forecasting expertise
* A self-starter mindset with a mature, proactive approach
* An accounting or business qualification (CAANZ or equivalent preferred)
