Clinical Nurse Educator
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to support mental health workforce innovation and quality improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development and has experience working in mental health services.
* Support the education and training of nurses in a clinical setting
* Develop and implement clinical education programs
* Provide supervision and mentorship to nursing staff
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
* Current registration with NMBA as a Registered Nurse
* Specialist qualifications in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
* Experience in Clinical Supervision, as a supervisee and supervisor
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (minimum education and training qualification)
* Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education, teaching and learning processes
* At least 5 years full time experience working within mental health services
