WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE
- This Social Media & Marketing Assistant position will provide digital marketing support with content creation and marketing campaigns with an emphasis on integrity, innovation, collaboration, compassion, and professionalism.
- The role will be responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing strategies to enhance the businesses online presence to drive patient engagement.
- You will manage and utilise all social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook (including patients' groups) and TikTok and produce valuable and engaging content that attracts and converts targeted groups on these platforms.
- You will interact with followers to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement and edit and manage the company website, while also creating marketing materials, such as patient flyers, brochures, and posters.
- You will stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and provide recommendations for implementing new strategies to drive business growth.
- You will engage with online influencers from various social media channels to develop products and brands exposure.
- 20% of your time will be supporting their GM with EA activities.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- A strong understanding of digital marketing trends, copywriting skills, and the ability to optimise campaigns through content creation.
- Bachelor degree in digital communication, digital marketing, advertising, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing roles with a robust interest in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in marketing and content generation and experience updating websites, Wordpress in particular with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Thorough understanding of social media algorithms, trends, guidelines, and best practices, with organic social media creation experience and solid knowledge of social media analytics and management tools.
- Ability to protect patient privacy and confidentiality, ability to prioritise and organise workflow effectively and ability to work within a team, as well as independently.
- Experience and skills on video creating and editing with knowledge in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Indesign).
