Administration Officer – AIS Certifiers

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a rewarding role close to home? Our growing Building Certification company based in the Shoalhaven is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in supporting our Certifiers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, with responsibilities including:
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Preparing documentation and correspondence
- Assisting with applications, approvals, and compliance records
- Scheduling inspections and managing calendars
- General office administration and filing
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous administration or customer service experience (construction or certification industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
