Aged Care Professional Opportunity About the Role: This is a wonderful opportunity to provide high-quality care to elderly residents in a residential aged care home. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures * Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to the personal care team * Work safely and effectively, protecting yourself and others from harm while following all policies and procedures Your Skills & Qualifications: 1. You are registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification 2. You have thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards 3. Demonstrated ability to assess needs using AN-ACC processes
