Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers with personal care in a way that promotes dignity and independence.
* Assist with safe manual handling using equipment such as hoists and transfer aids.
* Work alongside clinical teams, families, and peers to implement positive behaviour support strategies.
* Follow individual care plans to support health needs.
* Administer medication safely and accurately according to medication management plans.
* Prepare and support mealtimes according to mealtime management plans.
* Maintain and strengthen internal capabilities through ongoing training and reflective practice.
