Base salary will be in the range $83,776 - $93,121 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5). About This Opportunity
The position works within the Faculty of Science Academic Services team to provide high quality customer service through the delivery of friendly, helpful, accurate, and informative advice and services to students, professional and academic staff. In this role you will complete a diverse range of administrative processing tasks, associated day‐to‐day problem resolution and maintenance of administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and accurate information to students, staff and other stakeholders within the University policies and procedures framework, guidelines and relevant legislation.
* Process applications and documentation for students in relation to admission, progression, credit, study abroad, course enrolment, surveillance, and other student administration tasks.
* Provide relevant information and recommendations to decision makers in relation to student matters in accordance with University rules, policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
* Assist with the review of procedures and processes, and assist with implementing agreed change.
* Assist with reviewing the accuracy of information in University databases, websites and publications, including study guides, faculty website, UQ Answers and information sheets.
