We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controls Officer to join our Gladstone Operations team, on a long-term contract on Curtis Island.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Establish project baselines and monitor performance against plans.
• Track project costs, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Prepare and analyse Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
• Support the preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify, analyse, and report on project variances and trends.
• Interface with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather and validate project control data.
• Support risk and change management processes including impact assessments on cost and schedule.
• Assist in the preparation of project control procedures, templates, and standards.
• Participate in project reviews and audits as required.
What you will bring
• Experience working in the Oil and Gas sector highly desirable
• Experience working in Project Controls, preferably on resources projects
• Experience developing and maintaining project control standards
• Experience developing and maintaining data management protocols for project documentation
• Sound computer skills, able to use Word, Excel and software relevant to project management.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia
