Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team.
* Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
* Deliver excellent customer service at the registers.
* Ensure shelves are stocked and products are positioned.
* Monitor premises for incidents or hazards and ensure safety.
