As the Delivery Consultant, 12 month fixed term contract,you will be part of People & Culture supporting the Talent and Capability & Culture teams, that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Support the People & Culture (P&C) Leadership team (LT) by collaborating closely with leaders across the Talent and Capability & Culture portfolios to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the P&C LT members office and business unit.
* Setting, managing and improving processes across the broader business unit to ensure compliance with risk and governance policies to keep the bank safe.
* Support the delivery of the Colleague Strategy and P&C priorities into the business with reporting and insights, ownership of specific initiatives and coordination of the delivery into the Office of Group Executive People & Culture (OGEPC) and the business.
* Proactively and seamlessly working with the Executive LT office on delivery into the OGEPC and the business.
* Proactively manage stakeholder relationships across P&C and NAB.
* Collaborate with other P&C Delivery Consultants to drive consistency, efficiency and process improvements across P&C.
* Partner with the P&C LT member(s) on the development and delivery of key people activities for their teams including team engagement activities, development days and offsites.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Delivery Consultant role with experience in Human Resources and/or Management Consultancy delivering on key people initiatives.
* Proven Executive office experience within a large scale corporate organisation is preferred.
* Solid working knowledge of good governance practices and proven experience in data analysis and insights reporting.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and critical thinking skills along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive thinker who can anticipate needs and gather insights and data to inform and support decision making.
* Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver to a high standard.
* Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
