About the Role
Support daily production across high-volume prep, batch cooking and menu execution
Assist the Sous and Head Chef with organisation, quality control, logistics and workflow
Maintain consistency, efficiency and food safety standards across all output
Work closely with a collaborative team in a modern facility
Full-time position,
Monday to Friday - no nights
Immediate start available
About You
Proven experience in volume/production kitchens (essential)
Confident managing workflow, organisation and high daily output
Calm, reliable and comfortable working within structured systems
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Full working rights and currently living in Sydney
Keen for stability, routine and long-term growth within a major hospitality group
