**What You'll Do**:

- Process sales orders, generate quotes, and maintain customer accounts.
- Assist with counter sales and provide product information as needed.

- Follow up on outstanding orders and manage back-order reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
- Process credits, returns, and supplier purchase orders.
- Proactively engage with customers to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
**Operational Support**
- Ensure all transactions and records are processed accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Follow company guidelines on trading terms, approvals, and account status.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety and quality assurance standards.
