About the Role:
Are you passionate about recruitment and want to make a real impact across a growing, national business? We're looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across all Australian branches, helping us find the right talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Australia and New Zealand
* Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage internal approval processes
* Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the candidate pipeline
* Liaise with external recruitment agencies and partners
* Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to stakeholders
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
* Support the HR team in refining and improving recruitment processes
* Assist with HR reporting and contribute to broader HR initiatives and business plans
About You:
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail. You're also a strong communicator who builds great relationships and keeps candidate and stakeholder experience top of mind.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and administration
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
* A customer-focused mindset with a drive for delivering high-quality service
* Ability to interpret recruitment legislation, policies, and procedures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities while staying calm under pressure
