Barwon Coast Committee of Management – Ocean Grove VIC
Location: Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove and Breamlea
Roles: Housekeepers and Amenities Officers (multiple casual roles)
We manage coastal Crown land in and around Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Breamlea, operating the Barwon Heads Caravan Park, Riverview Family Caravan Park, the Riverside Campground and Breamlea Caravan Park. We're growing our friendly housekeeping team.
Typical hours
* Housekeepers: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm (rostered days will be discussed with applicants)
* Amenities Officers: 12:00 pm – 6:00–7:00 pm (6 shifts a week) – ending 31 January 2026
The Role
You'll deliver a high standard of cleaning across the following areas:
* Caravan park accommodation (cabins/rooms)
* Amenities blocks (toilets/showers) and camp kitchens
* Other shared spaces as required
Key tasks include following daily schedules, maintaining presentation standards, restocking supplies/linen, reporting maintenance issues and working safely to procedures. Shifts include weekends and public holidays (penalty rates apply). Employment conditions are under the Barwon Coast Enterprise Agreement 2022.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning services
* Is reliable, organised and professional, with a friendly manner
* Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and under time pressures
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Is fit for manual tasks and has a keen eye for detail
