Job Overview
This role involves collaborating with Digital Activation Managers to deliver successful campaigns across paid search and social media platforms. Key responsibilities include working closely with the team to implement and manage campaigns, monitor performance, and provide accurate reporting and insights.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop clear written debriefs and project documentation
* Assist the Digital Activation team with administration tasks and campaign implementation
* Support Digital Activation Executives, Managers, and Directors with reporting, optimisation tactics, copywriting, and quality checks
* Own campaign implementation and delivery for given customer campaigns and accounts
* Assist in developing insights for reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders
Requirements and Experience:
1. Campaign Implementation:
* Responsible for day-to-day workflow on tier 2 & 3 clients, ensuring no basic errors
* Work with managers to review client briefs and build digital media recommendations
* Smooth implementation and delivery of campaigns within Google and Facebook ads
* Accurate and timely reporting, with development of clear insights and recommendations
2. Team & Communication:
* Develop strong working relationships with immediate team and wider digital activation team
* Strong working relationship with Manager, ability to manage upwards when required
* Excellent communication skills, with close monitoring and escalation of issues
3. Client:
* Timely and professional client communication, with 24-hour maximum turnaround on emails
* Punctual and attentive in all presentations and WIP environments, taking notes and providing contact reports
4. Administration:
* Monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy
* Complete monthly invoicing process by set due date
5. Skills & Experience:
* University degree or higher education qualifications
* Relevant internship experience
* Basic understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape
* Basic understanding and/or working knowledge of Search and Social Media marketing
* Experience across Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
