The Opportunity: As a Project Finance Business Partner, you will act as the critical link between Finance and a high‑profile capital project, providing commercial insight, governance, and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
You'll work closely with program leadership and Finance to ensure strong financial oversight, robust decision‑making, and alignment with broader organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Finance and a major transformation project
Provide strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders across the program
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
Deliver high‑quality analysis and insights to support key decisions
Partner with project teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure alignment with finance policies, frameworks, and systems
Represent Finance in leadership forums and Steering Committees
Support business case development and investment governance processes
About You:
CA/CPA qualified with 15+ years’ experience in finance business partnering or a similar strategic finance role
Proven experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including budgeting and forecasting
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in complex environments
Track record of delivering meaningful insights to drive decision‑making
Knowledge of financial planning systems, reporting tools, and relevant standards/legislation
