We are seeking an experienced
Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ)
with a strong background in
construction monitoring
to play a key role in the delivery of urban development projects across the Sunshine Coast and broader region.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being involved across the full project lifecycle, from detailed design through to site delivery, and who takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client outcomes.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Providingsenior-level technical input across urban development and civil infrastructure projects
* Leading and undertakingconstruction monitoring, including site inspections, contractor liaison, and reporting
* Ensuringworks are delivered in accordance with design, specifications, and relevant standards
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and designers within the team
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Contribute to project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* A bachelor's degreein Civil Engineering
* RPEQ or willingness to obtain in the near future
* Proven experience in construction monitoring within urban developmentprojects
* Strong understanding of Australian standards, local authority requirements, and construction practices
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
* Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives.
