About the Role
As a Financial Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing and lodging BAS and PAYG reports, processing payroll and managing superannuation, assisting with budget tracking, financial reporting, and audit prep, and reconciling funding streams.

Requirements
* Certificate IV or higher in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related fields
* 2-3+ years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
* Prior work in healthcare, aged care, or NDIS environments is highly valued
Skills and Knowledge
* Proficiency in Xero
* Strong Excel and general MS Office skills
* Familiarity with NDIS Pricing, Aged Care subsidies, and other health-related healthcare billing frameworks
